Passenger Requirements

A passport with 6 months validity is required. You will need to provide us with a copy of your passport 24 hours before your charter. We arrange customs clearance in and out of St. Maarten.

Freshly prepared onboard from the best locally-sourced ingredients, our chef-inspired varied menu is designed to fulfill both meat and veggie lovers, and can be customized as needed.

Mid-day Grill
The sun and sea will work up your appetite to enjoy our ultimate beef or veggie burgers piled high with grilled pineapple, caramelized onion, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and a fried egg served on a brioche bun and paired with zesty coleslaw.

Happy Hour Hors d’oeuvres
We’ll pass you delicious nibblies as you lounge in the sun and sample your way through our cocktail list.

3-Course Dinner
As the sun sets over the sparkling turquoise sea, you’ll sit down to a 3-course dinner starting with seasonal salad, choice of grilled ribeye steak, catch-of-the-day, or marinated tofu steak, with garlic potato mash and herbed vegetable spears, followed by locally made ice cream.

Late Night Snacks
Grab a few handfuls of Himalayan-salted popcorn, gourmet chips, and homemade cookies before you snuggle in for the night.

Sunshine Brunch
You’ll wake up on the water to a delicious spread of fresh fruit, deviled eggs, assorted meats and artisanal cheese with buttery croissants, French pastries and preserves. Sip peacefully on an espresso upstairs on the ‘meditation station’, and toast the morning sun with a sparkling mimosa.

Craft Cocktails & Drinks
Our premium bar is open all day and includes craft cocktails and mocktails shaken up fresh, along with other standard mixed drinks, beer, wine, prosecco, soft drinks and juices, plus plenty of infused water to stay hydrated.
